Rapido Motorhomes

Rapido is a very successful French manufacturer of motorhomes and static caravans. The company was founded by Constant Rousseau in 1961 and like many recreational vehicle constructors they initially made caravans. Rapido launched their first motorhome in 1983. During the first decade of the 21st century Rapido acquired the Itinéo, Esterel, Fleurette and Campérêve brands. The company added the German brand Westfalia to their portfolio in 2011. Rapido is one of the “big three” motorhome manufacturers in France, along with Pilote and the Trigano Group.

Rapido motorhomes represent good value for money and are built to a high standard. The company specialises in A class and low-profile vehicles, using Fiat or Mercedes engines. The Rapido ethos means that the interior space is well-designed, with comfortable beds and kitchen areas that are a pleasure to use. These motorhomes are available from dealerships in the UK and throughout Europe.
